Harmonizing Light, Design, and Flow
The ground floor was meticulously renovated to establish a sophisticated foundation using high-end materials, starting with the durable aluminum entrance door, leading to the living room which features large ivory floor slabs and travertine skirting that seamlessly connects to the illuminated staircase.
The kitchen embodies Scandinavian contrast with beautiful big white cabinetry, wooden-effect quartz countertops, and super stylish pendant lights, while the dining area features an elegant white and wood palette complemented by a detailed fireplace and abundant indoor plants to foster an earthy feel.
We maximized natural light by installing expansive picture windows and adding a detailed false ceiling with beautiful hanging fixtures, while a converted Art Studio was created for the daughter and the powder room pays homage to Jordanian heritage with unique curved Italian tiles.
Personal Sanctuaries and Functional Luxury Upstairs
The vertical transition was enhanced by a completely new, light-boosting staircase window and a glass stair rail leading to a welcoming music corner upstairs.
The Master Suite features an amazing huge walk-in closet and a very minimal, clean bathroom with a fluted vanity and a walk-in shower highlighted by amazing green stone tiles from Italy.
The kids’ bedroom is super colorful and playful, featuring a functional double-story bed with separate sleeping and playing areas.
Finally, the kids’ bathroom layout was completely changed to include a double vanity and a huge beautiful bathtub framed by a very nice Onyx feature wall.
