Villa Jasmine was designed by Smart Renovation for a family of five of Palestinian and Italian heritage. It was a full villa renovation project in the Arabian Ranches with the aim of creating a home that is both formal and elegant, yet full of life and colour, reflecting the family’s stylish personality.

The Design Concept
Villa Jasmine underwent a complete transformation, with updates made to the structure, layout, and flow to support how the family moves through their home more effectively. We handled all the details, including new flooring, added structural extensions, and replaced the windows to bring in more light and improve the connection between spaces.
A key feature of the design is the double-height ceiling wall. We complemented this with large-slab polished floors throughout the main living spaces, creating a sleek and chic foundation.
The existing staircase was retained, but we repainted the railing to match the new design. On the upper level, we installed warm, honey-toned wooden floors for a cosy and inviting feel.
A Home With Soul: Curated, Collected, Complete
The renovation of Villa Jasmine extended to the bathrooms of the two master bedrooms. We used Italian tiles and designed each bathroom to be distinct and stylish, yet still cohesive.
One bathroom was finished in a striking blue colour palette, while the other features a more subtle beige and white theme, capturing the family’s appreciation for both bold statements and classic elegance. The result is a colourful, unique, and elegant villa that perfectly captures the family’s soul.
