Villa Audrey, Jumeirah Park — Glamorous Transformation & Seamless Flow for Italian Family
Villa Audrey in Jumeirah Park was the subject of a full Villa Design and Built Fit-Out Project, transforming it into a glamorous, functional home for an Italian family of four. The design focused on creating a “happy home” by introducing a bespoke color palette, optimizing natural light, and adhering to the mantra of combining high-end design with essential practicality. Key changes included opening up the main living spaces and defining the aesthetic with unique thematic elements.

Thematic Glamour & Architectural Optimization
The ground floor was architecturally optimized for flow and light, beginning with a wood-accented aluminum door and large-format slab tiles that provide a chic, warm welcome. A central chandelier transforms the once-dark entrance, leading to the home’s standout feature: a Tiffany-inspired powder room. This space boasts a hand-selected washbasin, bespoke “bow tie” handles, and an elegantly shaped mirror, all unified by a signature Tiffany Blue palette.
In the living area, a mirror feature wall was used to conceal the staircase while drawing natural light deep into the room. A new, expansive window frames the garden as a living “picture wall,” seamlessly connecting the interior to the outdoors.
The layout flows into a fully open kitchen, where light blue quartz countertops and backsplashes echo the home’s color story. This elegant theme extends through the dining area and out to the terrace, where the outdoor furniture matches the Tiffany Blue accents, ensuring a cohesive sense of color and happiness throughout the design.
Bespoke Master Suite & Themed Baths
The residence’s private quarters are defined by a fusion of luxury materials and bespoke storage. The original marble staircase was preserved but elevated with a Champagne-finished rail, while a custom-integrated bookshelf adds a cozy, organized warmth to the transition.
Upstairs, the master suite was reimagined with a luxurious wood floor and a layout that flows from a glamorous master bath into a “super-slick” walk-in closet, which features a statement chandelier echoing the villa’s entrance. The master bathroom is a masterclass in texture, pairing ocean-blue tiles with a fluted linen vanity, mother-of-pearl mosaics, and a freestanding bathtub.
The thematic use of color continues in the guest bathroom—a “Deep Ocean” experience clad in imported Italian tiles—while the boys’ bathroom offers a sharp, masculine contrast. Here, a charcoal grey palette is anchored by an elegant brown vanity and a textured tile feature that serves as a standout design element.
