Villa Audrey, Jumeirah Park — Glamorous Transformation & Seamless Flow for Italian Family
Villa Audrey in Jumeirah Park was the subject of a full Villa Design and Built Fit-Out Project, transforming it into a glamorous, functional home for an Italian family of four. The design focused on creating a “happy home” by introducing a bespoke color palette, optimizing natural light, and adhering to the mantra of combining high-end design with essential practicality. Key changes included opening up the main living spaces and defining the aesthetic with unique thematic elements.

Thematic Glamour & Architectural Optimization
The ground floor was architecturally optimized to enhance flow, light, and aesthetic cohesion, starting with a new aluminium door with wood and a new floor of big slab tiles that offer a warm yet super chic welcome. A dark entrance was intentionally spotlit with a beautiful chandelier, and the most magnificent feature is the Tiffany-inspired powder room, which features a special Tiffany blue paint throughout, boasting a unique, standout washbasin personally selected by Cinzia and elevated by bespoke touches like bow tie door handles, an amazing shaped mirror, and additional cabinetry to ensure maximum practicality.
To maximize light and depth in the living space, the staircase view was completely closed off from the couch area using a mirror feature wall, which successfully draws natural light further into the space, and a huge, open window was introduced to frame the beautiful garden as a living “picture wall.”
Furthermore, the space was opened up completely to the kitchen for a full open feel and flow, where the kitchen counter and backsplash feature a beautiful light blue quartz; this elegant theme continues to the dining area with a chic chandelier, and even outdoors, where the outdoor dining table matches the Tiffany blue color of the powder room, ensuring color and happiness permeate the design.
Bespoke Master Suite & Themed Baths
The private areas upstairs and downstairs were customized with luxurious materials and unique design solutions, with the staircase’s original marble retained but the rail color upgraded to Champagne for better adaptability, while a custom-designed bookshelf was integrated to organize the clients’ items and enhance the cozy feel of the space.
Upstairs, the floor features a nice wood color, and the master suite was completely redesigned, welcoming you first into the glamorous master bathroom before leading to the walk-in closet which connects to a small balcony; the super slick, elegant closet itself boasts a matching chandelier to the villa entrance.
The master bathroom features ocean blue tiles combined with a beautiful linen color fluted vanity, while fluted linen cabinets are strategically placed and hidden to maximize space, complementing the double sink, touch of mother-of-pearl mosaic, a huge shower with a bench, and an incredible freestanding bathtub.
Downstairs, the guest bathroom, though small, is an immersive “Deep Ocean” experience, featuring the most amazing ocean blue tiles imported from Italy with a touch of mother-of-pearl mosaic, while the two boys’ upstairs bathroom uses a very nice and chic charcoal grey palette with an elegant brown vanity topped with quartz, featuring a huge walk-in shower and a textured tile that is a major design hit.
