The core design achievement of this penthouse is the dramatic sense of scale and connection, where the defining architectural element is the expansive opening between the living room and the kitchen, spanning more than six meters.
This grand opening was entirely re-paneled in real wood, creating a warm, continuous, and luxurious frame that immediately draws the eye upwards toward the double-height ceiling, and this choice of real wood continues throughout the apartment, gracing the entire floor and the main staircase to ensure a tactile, cohesive, and deeply luxurious feel across both levels. The open design allows the kitchen to function as a stunning focal point, seamlessly transitioning into the dining space; this area is defined by a beautiful contrast of blue and ivory cabinetry, anchored by a sophisticated island that features a marble bar surface complemented by durable quartz countertops for daily use.
