The core of the renovation involved maximizing efficiency by opening the floor plan: the kitchen is now a very modern, open space featuring a beautiful quartz counter and extensive custom-made cabinets which cleverly utilize every available inch, including an insert hidden fridge and a built-in oven. Defining this new open area is a custom-made dining table with elegant fluted legs, while in the hallway, a practical and beautiful sliding door hides a study studio, ensuring privacy when required. Even the powder room makes a statement, finished with a green marble top, a rich chocolate-colored WC, and walls painted in a specialized royal velvet grey paint.
