La Palma D’oro Gina Apartment at Shoreline 2 was completely transformed into a bespoke sanctuary, defined by unique, jewelry-grade materials, custom cabinetry, and an overarching sense of personalized glamour. The project involved an entire refresh of the space—including new ceilings, new lighting, new furniture, and special paint on walls and ceilings—to create a cohesive, elevated environment that reflects the client’s sophisticated taste and love for personalized elements, like her cat.

The core of this apartment is a masterclass in custom design, blending high-impact materials with seamless functionality. The living space is anchored by a striking illuminated Onyx bar, complemented by unique Amethyst crystal bar stools and a tailor-made TV unit with an antique mirror backsplash.
The kitchen is defined by a vivid Onyx Green floor and backsplash. Here, functionality is paramount, featuring cabinetry that completely conceals the fridge and appliances, accented by a statement chandelier and spatial-enhancing mirrors.
Throughout the residence, personalized luxury abounds—from patterned ivory floors to a bespoke hidden cat door, perfectly integrating the client’s lifestyle into the architecture.

The Master and Guest suites were redesigned to maximize luxury through material mastery. A dramatic bronze and glass archway leads to a sprawling walk-in closet, tailored for the client’s love of fashion. The master bedroom itself is a serene retreat featuring gold and green Amazon wallpaper, while the master bathroom offers a glamorous marble vanity, Jacuzzi bath, and waterfall fixtures.
