La Palma D’oro Gina Apartment at Shoreline 2 was completely transformed into a bespoke sanctuary, defined by unique, jewelry-grade materials, custom cabinetry, and an overarching sense of personalized glamour. The project involved an entire refresh of the space—including new ceilings, new lighting, new furniture, and special paint on walls and ceilings—to create a cohesive, elevated environment that reflects the client’s sophisticated taste and love for personalized elements, like her cat.

The Statement Social Spaces & Customized Glamour
The core of the apartment is a masterclass in custom design, maximizing functionality while integrating high-impact, glamorous materials. The king of the living room is a striking custom-made bar, featuring a backsplash clad in Onyx slab with internal illumination, creating a magnificent focal point, while the client’s personality shines through in the unique bar stools crafted with Amethyst crystal elements. Complementing this space, the living room features a custom-designed TV unit and a tailor-made cabinet with a beautiful antique mirror backsplash, all anchored by a stunning marble dining table.
The custom kitchen is defined by a striking Onyx Green slab floor and backsplash; functionality is paramount with custom-built cabinets designed to support a completely hidden fridge and seamless built-in oven, accented by a beautiful chandelier and a mirror on the kitchen shoulder to enhance space.
Finally, personalized touches abound, including patterned ivory floors and a special hidden cat door integrated to accommodate the client’s love for her pet.
Private Sanctuaries & Material Mastery
The Master Suite and guest areas were fully redesigned to maximize luxury, comfort, and function through material mastery. Making a dramatic difference, the master bedroom entrance features a huge arch designed to accommodate a sprawling walk-in closet crafted in bronze and glass, perfectly catering to the client’s love for fashion. The master bedroom itself is a serene retreat adorned with beautiful Amazon wallpaper featuring gold and green accents; the master bathroom received a new layout and features a glamorous marble countertop onto the vanity, complete with a Jacuzzi bath and a dramatic waterfall mixer.
Even the small spaces make an impact, as the Powder Room features a beautiful pearl washbasin paired with a waterfall mixer and a custom-built cabinet designed to completely hide the toilet paper, while a gifted mirror from Cinzia adds a personal, cohesive touch.
The two guest rooms each possess a different soul, maintaining high standards: one features beautiful wallpaper and a specially designed cabinet with mirrored doors, and the other offers a tranquil ambiance. Their shared guest bathroom utilizes a calming stone effect floor and walls, highlighted by a Calacata Gold marble shower and a beautiful washbasin with a touch of ocra, all featuring real marble onto the vanity and a glass shower flooded with light.
