The Champagne Rose Villa in JVT is more than a renovation; it is a curated sensory experience where Italian heritage meets cutting-edge automation. From the moment you approach the entrance, the home whispers a story of “Champagne and Bronze”—a consistent, sophisticated palette that proves luxury is not defined by the price of a single material, but by the visionary way they are woven together. At Smart Renovation, our goal was to transform this villa into a seamless open-plan sanctuary that balances high-tech functionality with deeply personal, traditional touches.

The Grand Entrance: First Impressions & Sicilian Stories
The journey begins at a custom champagne aluminum door, leading to a minimalist foyer with a bespoke, hidden shoe cabinet. Surfaces throughout are elevated by Inkiostro Bianco Italian wallpaper, while the striking staircase features real wood treads and a modern double-glass railing to maintain a light-filled atmosphere.
The ground floor powder room serves as a tribute to Sicilian heritage. Inspired by the “Testa di Moro” tradition, it features Inkiostro Bianco murals of the legendary King and Queen, framed by champagne mosaics. This cultural focal point is completed with a daring green sink and WC, a tailor-made vanity, and elegant matte gold hardware.
Living & Culinary Art: Open-Plan Sophistication
The heart of this villa is an expansive open-plan space where kitchen, dining, and living areas breathe as one. The bronze and champagne kitchen features custom cabinetry designed to vanish appliances from view, centered around a massive culinary island with an integrated wine cellar.
The living area achieves a “clean look” via a tailor-made cabinetry system, utilizing mirror backsplashes to reflect garden light and create a sense of infinite space. Upstairs, the master suite serves as a private spa in Armani Grey stone, while the children’s rooms utilize clever carpentry to transform architectural corners into imaginative Burj Khalifa and Peter Pan themed retreats.

This project stands as a testament to the incredible synergy between the homeowners and the Smart Renovation team. While the husband focused on technical precision and automation, the wife collaborated deeply with our lead designer, Cinzia, to bring the aesthetic vision to life.
