Welcome to Shoreline 6, an apartment that offers a breathtaking view of the Palm Jumeirah and serves as a premier example of our Smart Renovation philosophy. This project is a testament to the fact that high-end design does not always require an unlimited budget. We worked closely with our client to select cost-effective materials that achieved a luxury and chic aesthetic that perfectly matches her personality. We always emphasize to our clients that saving on materials is about strategy rather than sacrifice. It truly is not a matter of how much you spend, but how intentionally every element is put together to create a cohesive home. For this transformation, we handled a full renovation including the bathrooms, kitchen, and flooring, while providing full furnishing to ensure the apartment was move-in ready.

Modern Culinary Elegance and Bespoke Living Spaces
The heart of this home is the kitchen, which was designed to be both modern and elegant. It features special modern molding on the cupboards paired with matte silver drawer handles for a sophisticated finish. To maintain a clean look, we integrated a hidden fridge and a clever “hidden supermarket” cabinet to organize all spices and essentials. The space is balanced by an abundance of storage cabinets and a few glass-fronted units that add a touch of lightness to the design, all topped with premium quartz countertops. Beneath your feet, the entire apartment is unified by an ash wooden floor laid in a classic herringbone pattern, providing a warm and timeless foundation. In the living room, we installed sheer curtains that are exceptionally chic, allowing the wonderful view to remain the focal point while softening the natural light.
Private Sanctuaries and Masterful Suite Design
The guest bedroom was reimagined with double twin beds, a sleek ice console, and a color palette that incorporates a touch of the client’s favorite petrol blue. This is served by a guest bathroom featuring linear and neat travertine tiles, a hidden cabinet, and a beautiful walk-in shower enhanced by a mirror with integrated backlighting. The master suite is very big and bright, oriented specifically to capture the wonderful views of the Palm from the comfort of the bed. We designed a smooth transition from the bedroom through a spacious walk-in closet that leads directly into the master bathroom. This primary bath is a study in slick design, utilizing neat quartz for a double-basin vanity alongside a touch of onyx for added luxury. Every inch of space was maximized through the inclusion of extra cabinets and hidden shelves to ensure the master bathroom remains as functional as it is beautiful.
