Don’t use any direct lights as they look unsightly and can end up hurting your eyes – which isn’t relaxing! Use indirect lights by hiding them within the plants and planter boxes. Step lights help keep your family safe and create a soft glow.
5. Furnish the outdoor as you would the indoor.
Make the most out of your garden during the winter months, by making it a place that’s easy to spend time in. Use comfortable seating – with plenty of pillows and blankets for the evening. Outdoor table lamps or free-standing lamps will recreate the mood lighting you have inside.
